About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, disciplined, and empathetic Appointment Setter to be the first human contact for leads of a health‑tech and nutrition organization. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling (150+ dials per day) to guide prospects toward our programs.

Key responsibilities

• Call webinar leads to encourage attendance and follow‑up with those who missed the session.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not scheduled a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who stayed until the pitch but did not book a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• Use Close CRM to track lead status, manage tasks, and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.
• Near‑native English communication skills with a warm, bubbly, and patient demeanor, especially for a US‑based audience of women aged 55+.
• Ability to handle high call volume (150+ dials) with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM and dialer software; experience with Close CRM is a plus.
