Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing client projects, coordinating linguists and other staff to deliver on time and within budget. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Program Supervisor, the role provides regular status updates to internal teams and clients and ensures all contractual obligations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource assignments and budget forecasts in collaboration with managers and sales representatives.
• Coordinate and monitor resource requirements, including formatting, quality assurance and linguist allocation.
• Maintain client relationships, deliver regular project reports and flag potential issues affecting timelines or budgets.
• Oversee contractors and ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
• Track project progress, manage quality control procedures and approve linguist invoices.
• Ensure projects are completed according to the Quote or XTRF specifications and client‑specific parameters.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to the company’s Quality Policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating client‑focused projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, senior managers and linguists.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
