About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior staff. The role involves managing communications, scheduling, travel, expenses, and various day‑to‑day tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Email, calendar, and expense management.
- Transcribing calls during working hours.
- Formatting historical data from models.
- Performing basic data chart pulls on a weekly schedule.
- Coordinating meeting rooms, finalising meeting schedules, and taking notes.
- Managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, airport transfers, and restaurant reservations.
- Processing invoices, refunds, reimbursements, and credit‑card settlements.
- Handling purchase requisitions, order approvals, invoice tracking, and status updates.
- Maintaining organisational hierarchies, line‑manager details, phone‑book entries, and executive transportation.
- Generating and collating reports from MIS and CRM systems, and providing other operational support.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work with various stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems.
