Family Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Meadow is looking for empathetic, organized individuals to join our growing team as Family Coordinators. You will guide families through every step of the cremation process, from intake to final ashes return, ensuring a compassionate and seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of cases from intake through final resolution.
• Provide support to families via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return.
• Collaborate with teammates to balance workload and cover high‑volume periods.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation in HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer‑facing, operations, or hospitality roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Calm, clear communicator who can quickly build trust.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability.
