Operational Supervisor (GAM) – B1/A2 License

About the role

The Operational Supervisor (GAM) is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operational activities within the organization. The role ensures that tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all operational work under your supervision.
• Distribute tasks among team members, define responsible persons, and set realistic timeframes.
• Maintain accurate work logs and ensure proper documentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments and align team efforts with organizational goals.
• Mediation and advisory support to resolve conflicts among subordinates.

Required profile

• Valid B1/A2 driving license.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with national road routes.
• Experience handling cleaning products and operating cleaning and gardening equipment.
