About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join Dugalzi, a modern financial solutions provider. In this full‑time remote position you will analyse company and client financial data, produce reports and support economic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and client use.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Track and analyse financial metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the optimisation of accounting and financial processes, proposing data‑driven adjustments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting financial data and spotting trends.
• Solid knowledge of finance and experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with good time‑management and attention to detail.

• Accounting software (e.g., ERP or dedicated financial tools).
