Accounting Manager – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for one or more US‑based entities. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals who have managed the complete accounting cycle, driven month‑end close processes, and mentored accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting for multiple US entities, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure US GAAP compliance, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Support ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Mentor and review the work of accounting team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of accounting and finance experience with strong US exposure.
• Proven experience managing full month‑end and year‑end close cycles.
• Team‑leadership or people‑management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
