Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Puulse Marketing is seeking energetic Business Development Representatives to be the first point of contact with prospective customers. You will introduce our services, generate interest, and schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using a power‑dialer system.
• Engage prospects, present services, and qualify leads.
• Book appointments or hand off qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Computer or laptop with up‑to‑date software and a quality headset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with dialer/power‑dialer tools.
