About the role

The DTN Business Development Representative (also referred to as DTN Account Associate) is responsible for generating new business opportunities for Granicus' sales team. This high‑volume outbound role focuses on contacting DMO members, introducing Granicus' digital marketing solutions, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to generate interest in Granicus' digital solutions.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Associates/Executives.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts.
Achieve daily activity targets and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile
