Bilingual Sales Team Leader (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Team Leader to drive the success of our B2B sales team in a competitive market. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, strengthening client relationships, and developing the team to exceed performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly business and sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges.
• Monitor call time, productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching.
• Analyze performance data and customer trends to create strategic sales plays.
• Stay informed on market developments and share insights with the team.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients.
• Coordinate reporting, forecasting, incentives and performance funds.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a sales role.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or team‑lead position.
• Fluent English communication in a professional environment.
• Availability to work onsite in Pavas.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Change management capabilities.
