About the role

The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor I provides front‑line support to customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online channels. This role focuses on resolving routine product or service issues while delivering a courteous and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously following established procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions and update the call‑tracking database.
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.

Required profile

• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
