Accounting & Audit Expert – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting & Audit Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will apply your deep accounting and audit knowledge to ensure high‑quality, real‑world data is used to teach AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate accounting data, audit processes, and financial documentation for AI training purposes.
• Review and interpret complex financial statements, reports, and office workflows to recommend best practices.
• Use tools such as Access, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project to model, visualize, and communicate accounting and audit scenarios.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on data inputs, financial procedures, and office scenarios to improve AI learning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary remote team to validate financial data and support the creation of training materials.
• Identify gaps in data or processes and propose solutions to enhance both human and AI understanding.
• Document detailed workflows, audit trails, and accounting methodologies for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge and hands‑on experience in accounting and audit office functions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to analyze, document, and explain complex financial and audit processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and delivering actionable feedback.
