Strategic Operations Coordinator

About the role

Uber Eats is seeking a motivated Strategic Operations Coordinator to join its Strategic Operations team for the Retail business in the Central & South America (CASA) region. You will work on high‑impact initiatives that improve marketplace reliability, enhance the consumer experience, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead initiatives that boost platform reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage projects from ideation through execution, measurement, and post‑launch analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Catalog, Marketplace, Central Operations, Product, Finance, and Support teams to translate insights into actions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in operations, strategy, project or program management, consulting, or related business functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex information for senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.
