SEO Specialist – Organic Growth Lead

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an SEO Specialist to build a centre of excellence around organic growth strategies for Nike Digital Mexico. You will monitor industry trends, identify digital opportunities, and drive non‑paid search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hands‑on SEO tactics across content, architecture, and linking to improve rankings for target keywords.
• Collaborate with digital marketing specialists, analysts, and agencies in a cross‑functional team.
• Audit website crawl data, diagnose technical issues, and recommend fixes.
• Analyse large data sets to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organic search, either agency‑side or within a digital‑native organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data volumes.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with brand managers, corporate communications, and external agencies.

Required skills

• Hands‑on SEO execution (content optimisation, site architecture, link building).
• Experience with website crawl analysis and technical SEO audits.
• Data analysis and reporting for SEO performance.
