Senior Media Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Manager with a focus on healthcare to join our growth‑marketing team. You will work closely with the Media Supervisor and Associate Media Director to shape strategy, lead client conversations, and drive performance across paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Media Supervisor to develop and refine media strategy and planning.
• Lead client discussions, presenting strategic direction and identifying testing or growth opportunities.
• Support the Associate Media Director in media planning and own day‑to‑day campaign management.
• Analyze performance drivers, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new assets, messaging, and creative concepts.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Senior‑level experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimization.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
