About the role
The Global Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Campaign Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of worldwide integrated marketing campaigns. You will work across solution areas such as Observability, Security, Platform, Thought Leadership, and AI/Data Management to ensure a cohesive customer journey from awareness to advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement end‑to‑end campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Content, Brand, Web, and Channel teams.
- Oversee campaign measurement, reporting, and data‑driven optimization.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule, stay within budget, and meet or exceed KPIs such as reach, engagement, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously improve campaign processes and share performance insights with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing multiple global marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive results.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business impact (brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth).
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
