About the role
Roche is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the Americas. You will work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to design and execute strategic hiring plans while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and drive complex recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions.
- Execute end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and manage offers using Workday.
- Coach hiring managers on feedback, offer development, and competency assessment.
- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with corporate talent acquisition goals.
- Maintain staffing reports, metrics, and ensure compliance with internal ATS/CRM procedures.
- Partner with business units on succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility.
- Educate leaders on relocation and immigration processes and support networking initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or shared‑services environment; pharma/biotech experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (Portuguese, French) are advantageous.
- Proven ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrixed setting across the United States and Canada.
- Growth mindset, end‑to‑end accountability, and a customer‑centric problem‑solving approach.
