About the role
Amazon is seeking a Seasonal HR Live Support Advisor to join its MyHR Live Support team. This full‑time, temporary position is remote and based in Costa Rica, providing real‑time assistance to Amazon employees worldwide on HR‑related matters.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of live contacts, primarily phone calls and potentially chats.
- Resolve employee inquiries holistically, referencing documentation such as FAQs.
- Provide support on topics including time‑off, relocations, off‑boarding, employment verification, benefits, bereavement, and compensation.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and compliance when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Adapt quickly to new policies, technologies, and industry trends.
Required profile
- Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
- Strong real‑time communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and handle sensitive situations with tact.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
