Senior Designer

About the role

The Senior Designer creates high‑quality digital and CRM‑focused creative solutions that support customer communications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging, scalable, and brand‑consistent experiences across email, lifecycle marketing, and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and CRM assets such as email communications, lifecycle campaigns, and promotional messaging.
• Translate strategic briefs into polished, deployment‑ready creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency and production accuracy within established brand systems and templates.
• Create and adapt modular layouts and reusable components in Figma.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, developers, account teams, and CRM stakeholders.
• Ensure pixel‑perfect execution and manage multiple high‑volume creative requests.
• Support campaign versioning, personalization, and content variations.
• Present design rationale to internal stakeholders and mentor junior designers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM creative, or email marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, CRM/email design, and brand system work.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1) and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams.
