Senior Visual & Interactive Designer

About the role

The Senior Visual & Interactive Designer leads the creation of high‑quality web interfaces and scalable digital experiences. You will drive large‑scale website redesigns from concept through delivery, ensuring visual excellence, consistency, and alignment with business goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑fidelity web layouts, UI components, and interactive experiences.
• Own end‑to‑end website redesign projects, from discovery to final hand‑off.
• Define, build, and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Apply Atomic Design principles to create reusable, scalable UI frameworks.
• Produce and refine visual assets such as hero imagery, compositions, and advanced layouts.
• Maintain pixel‑perfect execution and rigorous design QA across deliverables.
• Collaborate with design leads, developers, strategists, and cross‑functional teams to align design solutions with technical and business requirements.
• Present design rationale confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers, fostering team growth and creative excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in web, digital product, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large‑scale website redesigns and interaction design.
• Ability to balance creative exploration with business priorities and fast‑paced timelines.
• Proactive risk identification and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, libraries, prototyping).
• Deep understanding of Atomic Design methodology and design systems.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop for visual asset creation and retouching.
• Solid grasp of typography, composition, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, usability, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience designing complex, scalable web ecosystems and enterprise‑level digital experiences.
