Senior Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will lead post‑production efforts for global clients. You will create sizzle reels, manage extensive pipelines and oversee projects that start in Unreal Engine and move through VFX, compositing and color‑grading workflows. Collaboration with motion artists, 3D artists, editors, sound artists, creative directors and producers worldwide is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Work end‑to‑end on productions, from concept and creative ideation to animatics, rough cuts, final edits, versioning, optimisation and scaling.
• Create high‑quality, visually impactful motion design that meets brand guidelines.
• Guide and mentor emerging talent with support from the team lead.
• Continuously evolve and improve work on a daily basis.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to elevate project outcomes.
• Ensure all motion graphics adhere to project specifications throughout the creative process.

Required profile

• Strong post‑production focus with a generalist foundation.
• Editorial expertise in Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion‑graphics proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• VFX compositing experience in After Effects (tracking, layering, compositing workflows).
• Fusion experience, including MultiMatte EXR compositing workflows from Unreal Engine or other 3D software.
• Professional colour‑grading skills in DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, multidisciplinary teams.
