Sales Manager, Amazon Business (3rd Party)

About the role

Amazon Business is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Seller Assist Account Management team from Costa Rica. The role focuses on driving revenue through Amazon Business feature adoption and seller engagement across the US marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a bilingual team of 8+ Account Managers, fostering high performance and career growth.
• Design and maintain data‑driven performance frameworks for metrics such as Managed BDGV% and ABFA%.
• Create go‑to‑market strategies, SOPs, and training for B2B feature sets (pricing, fulfillment, selection, credentials).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales teams to influence seller success without direct authority.
• Manage team budgets, identify process efficiencies, and ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing remote or distributed sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
