About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to join its finance team. The role supports clients by executing core financial and operational activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the record‑to‑report cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and conduct detailed account analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, audit documentation, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Execute operational and client controls, monitor daily cases, and flag operational risks.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, propose best‑practice enhancements, and streamline processes using ICA tools.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service and stakeholder engagement while meeting deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with accounting and financial processes, especially bank reconciliations and transaction analysis.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, validation, and monitoring of financial information.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Experience with accounting management tools and report automation.
- Data analysis capabilities.
