Associate Procurement Analyst

About the role

Workday is seeking an Associate Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Operations team. In this role you will support the end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay process, ensuring smooth supplier onboarding, contract routing and timely project tracking while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage onboarding of new suppliers, verify data completeness and collaborate with Accounts Payable to create supplier accounts in Workday.
• Facilitate contract routing for signatures and maintain supplier and contract records in the contract repository.
• Monitor project aging reports, identify risks of SLA breaches and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within Workday’s Source‑to‑Pay processes and procurement systems.
• Assess training needs of internal customers, help develop training materials and deliver training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering outstanding internal and external support.
• Good understanding of supplier contract structures, contract lifecycle management and data management.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
