Financial Analyst – Costing & Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Financial Analyst specialized in costing and manufacturing operations to support finance and operations leaders. The role focuses on accurate product costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting for a manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Support business partners in annual budgeting, quarterly projections, and monthly actuals, covering material variances, labor, indirect expenses, inventory, and capital.
• Prepare, analyze, and report monthly and annual financial results to management.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for fixed and variable operating budgets.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews and reconciliations.
• Assist teams with cost‑improvement initiatives, goal setting, and forecast updates.
• Support internal and external audits, including control‑procedure reviews.
• Assist with annual physical inventory processes.
• Drive operational improvements, maintain process controls, and document financial roles of the plant.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, general accounting, and finance.
• Relevant professional experience in product costing, manufacturing variances, and inventory control.
• Proven track record of handling increasing responsibility and delivering business results.
