Program Manager – FinOps PMO (LATAM)

About the role

Amazon Finance Operations (FinOps) is looking for a customer‑obsessed, results‑driven Program Manager to lead its FinOps Program Management Office (PMO) for the LATAM region. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of large, cross‑functional programs that enable seamless procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and payroll processes across Amazon’s diverse businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define program strategy and vision, then drive sustained delivery and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute large‑scale business transformations, making data‑driven trade‑offs between competing priorities.
• Integrate AI tools throughout the delivery lifecycle – from planning and dependency mapping to status synthesis, risk identification and post‑launch analysis.
• Generate and stress‑test program plans, automate status aggregation, and produce launch‑readiness assessments.
• Distinguish one‑way from two‑way door decisions, fostering rapid experimentation while ensuring rigor for irreversible choices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with significant business impact.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale program implementations in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, virtual environments, preferably involving systems development and integration.
• Demonstrated, active use of AI across the program delivery lifecycle.
