Manager I, FP&A

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Manager I, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its regional FP&A team. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews and senior‑level business analytics across the Americas region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local country finance and business partners to develop budgets, forecasts and management reports while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Load budget and forecast adjustments into the system, deliver monthly reporting packages, and perform variance analysis for P&L and cost‑center owners.
• Partner with regional, local and corporate FP&A resources to support decision‑making, resource allocation and risk identification.
• Produce strategic ad‑hoc reports and financial analyses to assess business performance and update process documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (required at time of application).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to present analyses to senior leadership.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
