Production Operator – MPVS TA

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its MPVS TA assembly team. The role involves working on production lines that manufacture medical devices, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of over 600 clinically relevant medical devices, supporting patients from contraception to fertility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks in one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
• Follow written methods, procedures, and product specifications.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Execute directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as needed.
• Adhere to company behavior and safety policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines.
