About the role
Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives across its global network. You will act as the bridge between the global training team and local branches, ensuring consistent, high‑quality learning experiences for staff and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design, schedule and deliver training on government regulations, company policies, systems and procedures.
- Coach and support client‑specific and branch trainers through observations, feedback and mentorship.
- Partner with the Global Training team on multi‑regional initiatives and new client onboarding.
- Conduct training needs analyses, develop training plans and implement innovative learning methodologies.
- Oversee training rollouts for new clients and monitor program effectiveness.
- Identify content and tool gaps, promote best practices and raise the overall quality of training materials.
Required profile
- Certificate in adult education or equivalent experience.
- College diploma or university degree in a related field (asset).
- Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience and 2 years of management experience in a training function.
