About the role
The Global HR Content Senior Specialist is responsible for building, governing, and continuously optimizing HR knowledge content to power AI‑enabled HR service delivery worldwide. This role ensures that HR content is accurate, discoverable, globally consistent, and ready for AI consumption, supporting digital assistants, agents, and self‑service platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global HR knowledge content strategy aligned with AI‑enabled service delivery and enterprise governance.
- Define and enforce content governance frameworks, including roles, ownership, review cycles, approvals, and retirement processes.
- Establish standards for content structure, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management across regions and HR domains.
- Ensure HR knowledge content is structured, simplified, and optimized for AI consumption, partnering with AI and digital HR teams.
- Lead global content audits, identify duplication, gaps, and outdated material, and drive consolidation and remediation.
- Develop content health metrics and scorecards to measure effectiveness, usage, user satisfaction, and AI performance impacts.
- Collaborate with HR Enterprise Services, Compliance, Regional HR Service Delivery, IT, and Finance to maintain globally consistent yet locally relevant knowledge.
- Act as the central point for translation compliance, localization, and global rollout of HR knowledge updates.
- Work with HR knowledge platform owners (e.g., ServiceNow Knowledge, Ask HR) to align content design with system capabilities and AI roadmaps.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR knowledge management, content strategy, and governance.
- Strong understanding of AI‑ready content design and digital HR platforms.
- Ability to lead global audits, define metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, and compliance.
- Experience coordinating translation, localization, and global rollout of knowledge assets.
