About the role

The IT Infrastructure VDI Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems across multiple IT domains. This role leads the planning, implementation, and maintenance of hardware and software changes, while providing expert guidance on incident resolution and system optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to translate business plans into tactical actions, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee change management processes, system configuration, and documentation of complex applications.
• Manage the implementation of planned hardware and software changes into production environments.
• Monitor and maintain stability, availability, and performance of systems, applications, networks, databases, storage, and security.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources and partnerships to resolve system and application issues.
• Drive professional growth of team members through feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure teams and delivering reliable enterprise services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide performance and develop contingency plans.
