AI Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer (LLMs + Data Engineering + Snowflake)

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern data engineering practices. The role focuses on building autonomous or semi‑autonomous agents that interact with enterprise data platforms, especially Snowflake, to automate processes and improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI applications and agents using LLMs.
• Create integrations between AI systems and enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI workflows.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Integrate and optimize LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype AI opportunities and transition them to production.
• Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines.
• Monitor AI system performance, reliability, cost, and security compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software, backend, or data engineering.
• Hands‑on experience building AI applications with LLMs.
• Proven track record creating AI agents, copilots, or conversational systems.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Practical experience with Snowflake, strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable data systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
