HR Generalist, North America Hub

About the role

The HR Generalist for the North America Hub will act as a strategic partner to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement across the region while ensuring compliance and efficient HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations and organizational initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning for critical roles.
• Implement HR programs, change initiatives and drive employee engagement through feedback and action planning.
• Guide leaders through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Use HR data and insights to inform decisions, improve processes and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with HR shared services and internal stakeholders to execute transactions and maintain efficient operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience with a solid foundation in core HR processes.

Required skills

• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, conflict resolution and supporting diverse business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
