Human Resources Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive performance. This senior position leads global HR initiatives while providing day‑to‑day support across talent, organization, culture, and inclusion priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR advisor to SLT‑2/3 leaders, shaping and executing HR strategies that support business goals and workforce planning.
• Partner with business and functional leaders on complex people matters, leading performance management, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Design and deliver performance, succession, and career development strategies in collaboration with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence.
• Lead organization and talent reviews, identify gaps, develop action plans, and manage global talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Oversee core HR processes for assigned client groups, including grading, compensation planning, competency development, and job architecture.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Goodyear HR policies while coaching leaders on effective, compliant people practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Six or more years of progressive HR experience leading core processes and initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Global or enterprise HR experience within a matrixed organization, with expertise in talent management, change management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
