HR Business Partner

About the role

Europe Express is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, learning‑driven environment. Reporting to the VP of People, you will partner with leaders across the business to shape a consistent employee experience, leverage people data for decision‑making, and introduce practical AI solutions that improve how work gets done.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on hiring, performance, development, and employee relations while building strong working relationships.
• Use people data to identify trends, define problems, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.
• Support workforce planning by collaborating with leadership and Finance to model headcount needs.
• Track and evaluate the impact of HR programs, including engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Promote practical use of AI tools across HR processes such as hiring, analytics, and manager support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Design and deliver training that strengthens manager capability in feedback, performance management, and inclusive leadership.
• Lead employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and role changes.
• Handle employee relations cases with sound judgment and consistent documentation.
• Maintain HR policies, processes, and data accuracy in line with US and regional requirements.
• Lead engagement surveys, analyze results, and partner with leaders to implement action plans.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role supporting managers and teams.
• Ability to work with data, extract insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience using or exploring AI tools in a work environment.
• Knowledge of US employment practices and ability to navigate regional requirements.
