About the role
As a Digital Media Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, translating strategy, performance data and next steps into clear, actionable guidance. You will own daily client communication, manage end‑to‑end project delivery and drive strategic account planning rooted in data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client relationships focused on Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Drive day‑to‑day client activities that generate growth, including communication, education and project management.
- Monitor and analyze account metrics, volumes, incidents and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing objectives with broader business goals.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations based on performance levers across channels.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to set clear expectations with clients.
- Experience guiding clients toward data‑informed decisions.
