Digital Marketing Specialist (Marketing Automation & Events)

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled Marketing Technology Specialist to lead the execution and optimisation of email automation and event technology platforms, primarily Marketo, Cvent and ON24. The role will design, build and manage integrated marketing campaigns and event workflows, ensuring high‑quality data capture and seamless attendee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including nurture programs, lead scoring, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Configure and manage in‑person, hybrid and virtual events using Cvent and ON24, creating registration pages, conference apps and attendee journeys.
• Maintain integrations and data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent and ON24, guaranteeing accurate data synchronisation and campaign attribution.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign and event performance, analyse ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements, implement best practices and stay current with platform updates.
• Train marketing and business teams on platform usage, produce documentation and serve as subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Proven experience managing events or webinars with Cvent and/or ON24.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and marketing‑to‑sales data flows.
