About the role

The On-Page SEO Specialist will lead the definition, implementation, and optimisation of on‑page search strategies for the USR brand. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to boost organic visibility, improve rankings, and enhance user engagement across the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive on‑page SEO strategy for all brands.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and technical alignment of metadata, headings, and structural elements.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover high‑value traffic opportunities.
• Optimise metadata, headers, content structure, and internal linking for SEO and UX goals.
• Collaborate with developers to implement schema, site‑structure, and indexation improvements.
• Maintain documentation of SEO processes, recommendations, and standards.
• Monitor, audit, and report on on‑page performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Provide strategic SEO insights for product launches, content initiatives, and special projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven on‑page SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional presentations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
