Head of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial function and act as a strategic partner to the business. The Head of Finance will oversee all accounting operations, drive financial planning, and ensure the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
• Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for efficient financial management.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and basic treasury activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
