About the role
The Finance team is looking for a detail‑oriented specialist to manage customer profiles and handle invoicing processes. You will ensure billing accuracy, support timely invoice distribution, and assist in resolving basic disputes related to customer accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer profile information in the finance system.
- Create, review, and distribute invoices to customers promptly.
- Verify billing data to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with customer setup, contract review, and invoicing workflows.
- Identify and resolve simple discrepancies or disputes concerning invoices and customer records.
Required profile
- High school diploma; university studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related technical accounting degree are preferred.
- Proven experience working in an accounting or finance environment.
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
