Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist (Trilingual)

About the role

Roche is looking for a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist to join its Global Digital Hub. In this role you will coordinate the creation and delivery of digital campaign content, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet Roche’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process for affiliate or global digital campaign content creation and delivery.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and adjust content requests to align with expectations.
• Educate stakeholders on new processes that improve efficiency.
• Support Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Coordinators in client communications, change management and service offering explanations.
• Follow existing processes, establish governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of proven project‑management experience, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
• Business‑level proficiency in Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional and diverse stakeholder groups.
