Senior Manager, Cobrand and Enterprise Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Manager, Cobrand and Enterprise Partnerships leads loyalty activation strategies and partnership initiatives across the Caribbean and Latin America. The role works closely with Consumer Operations, corporate marketing, and global loyalty teams to translate and adapt Marriott Bonvoy programs for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the global loyalty strategy, ensuring brand voice and program consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Activate loyalty campaigns, coordinate partner launches, and manage day‑to‑day partnership activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partner relationships, negotiating agreements and aligning opportunities with Marriott Bonvoy objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate brand teams to synchronize program goals, national campaigns, and partnership communications.
• Identify, recommend, and secure new loyalty partnerships that support the Marriott portfolio of brands.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in brand activation, media, promotions, partnership marketing, or international consumer marketing.
• Proven track record in integrated loyalty programs, partnership negotiations, and managing large‑scale projects.
• Experience in hotel property or field marketing is preferred, as is multi‑market exposure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
