Planificador(a) de Medios Senior

About the role

The Senior Media Planner works closely with the Director to shape and refine the overall client strategy. You will translate audience behaviours, cultural insights and content preferences into actionable media and digital plans that drive brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to define the client’s strategic direction.
• Research and uncover audience, cultural and media insights using quantitative, qualitative and ethnographic methods.
• Develop integrated brand, digital and social marketing strategies aligned with the overall communications plan.
• Identify the most effective channels, technologies and third‑party voices (e.g., influencers) to execute the strategy.
• Write creative briefs and brief internal teams or partner agencies to produce ideas, platforms and content.
• Design custom queries for psychographic and cultural research and build target personas.
• Monitor trends in digital, social media and technology and package insights for the agency.
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in media planning, strategy or related fields.
• Deep understanding of audience behaviours, cultural contexts and content consumption patterns.
• Proven ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations and creative concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing workshops and internal collaboration.
