About the role
We are looking for a seasoned CRM Development Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with strategic oversight, partnering closely with the Salesforce Administrator to deliver scalable, high‑performing CRM solutions for global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and related applications.
- Define platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Oversee system configuration, data governance, and environment management across sandboxes and production.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Establish development best practices, code quality standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and manage integrations via REST, SOAP, middleware, and event‑driven architectures.
- Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as Marketo and other third‑party tools.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive Agile delivery.
- Continuously evaluate system performance, adopt new Salesforce releases, and promote AI‑driven CRM capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing high‑performing technical teams.
- Strong experience in integration design and data management.
