IT Onsite Technician (OSS Engineer Level 2)

About the role

The OSS Engineer Level 2 provides on‑site technical support to end users, ensuring service delivery meets SLA standards. The role is client‑facing, working directly with VIP stakeholders to deliver timely and professional assistance while maintaining IT infrastructure stability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desk‑side and on‑site hardware and software support.
• Prioritise and assist VIP users with dedicated handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Install, configure and maintain devices and communication tools.
• Support secure systems such as email, USB devices and connectivity solutions.
• Assist with virtual meetings, videoconferencing and events.
• Advise users on equipment, software and secure communication practices.
• Support mobility solutions for end‑users.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of IT experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in end‑user support and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Professional behaviour and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented with a flexible, cooperative attitude.
