Cold Calling Account Executive – Restaurant Inventory Sales

About the role
As a Cold Calling Account Executive you will drive adoption of Supply Club’s restaurant inventory platform by prospecting, pitching and converting merchants to our subscription service that offers discounted delivery on inventory orders. This high‑volume outbound role requires 50+ dials per day and focuses on demonstrating value, ease of use and cost savings to busy restaurant owners.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of target merchants through outbound calls, email sequences and localized prospecting.
- Identify high‑potential accounts using internal lead lists and data insights, and track activities in the sales system.
- Conduct full‑cycle sales outreach, delivering tailored, value‑based pitches and handling objections to secure subscription sign‑ups.
- Achieve weekly conversion and activation targets, ensuring consistent order flow.
- Guide new merchants through onboarding, including promotions, credits and platform navigation, and resolve any issues with internal teams.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with strong verbal communication.
- Proven inside‑sales or outbound‑heavy sales experience, preferably with weekly quotas.
- Comfort selling to busy merchant decision‑makers and managing high call volumes.
- Data‑driven mindset, resilience and ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
