Business Development Representative

About the role
The Business Development Representative will support JobTwine’s growth by reaching out to prospective clients in the US market. You will use phone and email to introduce our staffing solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the US sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new clients and meet targets.
- Cold‑call lists of potential clients provided by the US BD team.
- Contact prospects via email to answer questions, schedule or reschedule meetings.
- Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and address basic queries about staffing services.
- Log all call activity, including unanswered attempts, in the CRM.
- Document and assign leads in the CRM system.
- Explore new market segments, identify potential needs, and set up follow‑up appointments for the US team.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably with cold‑calling US prospects.
- Strong computer competency and awareness of business trends.
- Excellent phone and email communication etiquette.
