Amazon Connect Solutions Architect & Presales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, consultative Amazon Connect Solutions Architect & Presales Consultant to lead digital transformation projects based on Amazon Connect. You will act as the technical and advisory reference for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) initiatives, collaborating with corporate clients, sales teams, and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, UAT, Go‑Live, and Stabilization.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into robust cloud architectures and high‑value technical solutions.
• Assess existing Contact Center platforms and define migration or evolution strategies.
• Define functional and technical scope for projects.
• Coordinate architects, developers, and AWS specialists to ensure proper solution delivery.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support technical pre‑sales activities, proposal creation, and executive presentations for corporate customers.
• Drive migration initiatives from traditional Contact Centers to modern, scalable cloud environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on Contact Center solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical pre‑sales, or specialized consulting.
• Experience working with enterprise and multinational clients.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
