About the role
We are looking for a strategic, consultative Amazon Connect Solutions Architect & Presales Consultant to lead digital transformation projects based on Amazon Connect. You will act as the technical and advisory reference for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) initiatives, collaborating with corporate clients, sales teams, and technical specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, UAT, Go‑Live, and Stabilization.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into robust cloud architectures and high‑value technical solutions.
- Assess existing Contact Center platforms and define migration or evolution strategies.
- Define functional and technical scope for projects.
- Coordinate architects, developers, and AWS specialists to ensure proper solution delivery.
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support technical pre‑sales activities, proposal creation, and executive presentations for corporate customers.
- Drive migration initiatives from traditional Contact Centers to modern, scalable cloud environments.
Required profile
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on Contact Center solutions.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, technical pre‑sales, or specialized consulting.
- Experience working with enterprise and multinational clients.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
