Remote Splunk Engineer

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Splunk Engineer to join its global development team. You will work on the health, security, and performance of Splunk Cloud instances, collaborating with multicultural teams across the world.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overall health and operation of the Splunk Cloud environment.
• Build and maintain security dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
• Manage log ingestion volume and coordinate log statement changes with application teams.
• Investigate alerts, anomalies, and participate in incident response.
• Implement updates and coordinate mandatory changes to the Splunk instance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Splunk.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Hadoop, GCP, Azure; AWS preferred).
• Splunk certification.
• Advanced level of English.
